What clients say about us

My son, ZA, began participating in the Black Boys 2 Men program during the Fall of 2024, and throughout ZA’s connection with this program, Mr. Scaife has unwaveringly demonstrated his dedication and commitment to providing solutions that assist in addressing the unique challenges our young black boys face during their adolescence and teenage years.

I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact Mr. Scaife has had on my son, and the lives of young Black boys. One of Mr. Scaife’s most effective practice of his mentorship is his ability to connect with each of his participants on a personal level. He takes the time to understand their dreams, fears, and aspirations, and tailors his guidance to help them navigate their paths. His mentorship goes beyond a phone call or zoom meeting, as it extends into real-life situations where he provides invaluable life lessons and support to both the parents and participants.

In a world where representation and support are crucial, Mr. Scaife, along with the Black Boys 2 Men program stands out as a beacon of hope and inspiration.

Mother of Zaire

I can't say enough about the impact Emiere and Black Boys 2 Men have had on my son’s life. Losing his father to COVID in 2021 left my son in a slight depression, struggling to communicate, exhibiting acts of rebellion and questioning his purpose in this world.

As a mother, it was heartbreaking to watch, and I felt helpless at times. It was a difficult time for both of us, and I wasn’t sure how to help him navigate his emotions and challenges.

Then came Emiere. From the moment my son joined Black Boys 2 Men, everything started to change. Emiere has a way of connecting with these young men, creating a safe space, meeting them where they are, and helping them grow into strong, confident individuals. I’ve seen such a positive transformation in my son—he’s more open, more self-assured, and our bond as mother and son has never been stronger.

I am beyond grateful for Emiere’s dedication to these young men. He’s truly changing lives, and our family is living proof of that.
