Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing blackboys2men.com, registering for a program, donating, or opting in to our email or text-messaging services, you ("you," "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we post. If you do not agree, do not use our website, services, or messaging programs.

Eligibility

Our online services are intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Our Services

Black Boys 2 Men ("BB2M," "we," "us," "our") provides:

-Mentorship programs, workshops, and community events

-Educational content and resources published on the website and social-media channels

Donation and fundraising tools

-Application-to-Person ("A2P") SMS/MMS notifications over 10-Digit Long Codes ("10DLC") delivered via the GoHighLevel platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

User Conduct

You agree to:

-Provide accurate, current information during registration or donation

-Use the website and messaging programs only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes

-Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy

-Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to BB2M systems or interfere with the website's operation

-Respect the privacy and safety of minors who participate in our programs

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site—text, graphics, videos, logos, and code—is owned by BB2M or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may view, download, or print material for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works) requires prior written consent from BB2M.

Donations and Payments

When you make a donation or purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount indicated. All contributions are final and non-refundable except as required by law. BB2M is a nonprofit organization; consult your tax adviser to determine tax-deductibility.

Text-Messaging Program Terms

Nature of Messages: Event reminders, schedule updates, program announcements, fundraising appeals, and general BB2M news.

Message Frequency: Varies by user activity but generally no more than 4–6 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. BB2M charges no additional fees.

Opt-In: You must provide your mobile number and check a consent box or text an enrollment keyword to join. By providing your mobile number, you explicitly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from BB2M.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel texts immediately. You will receive a confirmation message.

Program Management: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the texting program for any reason, including misuse, carrier requirements, or compliance issues.

Data Usage: Your mobile number and consent data will be used solely for delivering our text messaging services and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, except as required for service delivery through our messaging platform providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, messaging programs, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB2M, its directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BB2M and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
