Acceptance
By creating an account, applying to a program, or otherwise using the Black Boys 2 Men marketing site (blackboys2men.com) or the ARISE platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
Mentee participation is open to young men ages 13–24, with a parent or guardian required for any participant under 18. Mothers Circle is open to mothers raising sons in that age band. Mentor and partner roles require additional vetting before access is granted.
Conduct
All participants are expected to engage in good faith — show up to scheduled sessions, follow program guidelines, and treat fellow participants, mentors, mothers, and staff with respect. Harassment, abuse, or threats result in removal without refund.
Tuition and refunds
Program tuition is billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing info@blackboys2men.com; cancellation stops future billing. The current month's tuition is non-refundable. Scholarship pricing is granted at our discretion and is locked for the life of the participant's enrollment.
Content
We retain rights to materials we publish (frameworks, guides, session content). Materials shared inside Mothers Circle or other private spaces are confidential to that group; do not redistribute them. Participants retain rights to their own contributions.
Limitation of liability
Black Boys 2 Men and Project Black Men provide the programs and platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email and noted with a revised date below. Continued use of the services after a change indicates acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes are resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
